How much does a pergola cost?

Attached or freestanding?
Both. Attached ties into a ledger on the house; freestanding stands on four or six posts anywhere in the yard.
Do I need a permit?
Usually not for a freestanding pergola under your city's size threshold, and usually yes for one attached to the house. We check your city and lot, pull the permit when one is required, and submit the HOA package.
Pressure-treated or cedar?
Pressure-treated takes stain, holds up in salt air, and costs less. Cedar is lighter and grays to silver if left alone. We price both at the estimate.
